This tutorial was inspired by the Zebra Halloween makeup tutorial I had just finished. I wanted something chic to finish off the look. Something that was feminine, and followed the line of the zebra stripes. So I happened upon this pretty braid and love the finished look. If you know how to french braid then you know that you braid the left and right strands of hair OVER the middle. Well a dutch french braid is exactly the same except you are going to braid the left and right strand UNDER the middle. It's as easy as that!
