For the autumn/winter season of our award-winning Radio.com Style Files series, we invited the ladies of one of our favorite indie-pop bands to stand in as our models. Au Revoir Simone, who were on a break from touring in support of their new album Move In Spectrums, stopped by the Radio.com studios and let us work some beauty magic on them. The results were all tour-friendly looks for the already fashionable musicians.

We paired Annie Hart with hair stylist Adam Markarian - who told us some great stories behind the scenes about working for Alexander McQueen - to create a messy fun bun. Annie was looking for something easy and quick to do on tour that would look sophisticated and soft. Adam showed her the right hair prep, the best twist for the messy bun and how to lock in hair pins.
